A true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods cattle and chattells of Thomas Stary of the town of Tenbury in the County of Worcester Shoemaker lately dec[ease]d seen taken and apprized this fifth day of November 1725 by us whose names are subscribed.

Noverint Universi per presentes nos Elizam Stary p[ar]oc[h]ia Tenbury in Com[itis] Wigorn[iensis] viduam Benjamin Morris et Georgium Richardi de Tenbury praedict teneri et firmiter obligari Rev[eren]do in Christo patri ac D[omi]no D[omin]o Henrico p[er]miss[io]ne Di[vin]a Hereford[iensi] Episcop[oin] vigenti libris bona & legalis monetae Mag[nae] Brit[annicae] solven[dis] eid[en] Rev[eren]do patri aut suo certo Attornat, Executor vel Administator suis ad quam quidem solutionem bene & fideliter faciend[am] obligiamus nos et quemlibet n[ost]rum per se pro toto & in solidi Hered, Executor & Administrator n[ost]res et cuiuslibet n[ost]rum firmiter per p[rae]sentes. [Know all men by these presents that we Elizabeth Stary of the parish of Tenbury in the county of Worcestershire widow & Benjamin Morris and George Richard are held and firmly bound to the Reverend in Christ Our Lord Henry Holy Father Bishop of Hereford twenty pounds of good & lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to the said Reverend Father in Christ or his certain attorney executors administrators or assigns for the true payment whereof we bind ourselves and each of us by himself for the whole and every part thereof and the heirs, executors and administrators of us and each of us firmly by these presents. Signed with our seals. Dated eleventh day of the month of January in the reign of our Lord George by the grace of God Ruler of Great Britian France & Ireland Defender of the Faith in the twelfth year of Our Lord 1725.]

The condition of this obligation is such that if Elizabeth Stary widow the lawful relict & administratorix of all and singular the goods chatells and credits of Thos Stary Junr late of the parish of Tenbury above s[ai]d intestate deceased doe make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased which have or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledg of her the said Elizabeth Stary widow or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for her and the same soe made doe exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the registry of the diocess of Hereford at or before the last day of February June next ensuing. And the same goods, chattels and credits and all other goods, chattles and credits of the said deceased at the time of his death which at any time after shall come to the hands or possession of the said Elizabeth Stary or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for her doe well and truly administer according to law. And further doe make orcause to be made a true and just account of her s[ai]d ad[ministrat]ion at or before the last day of November in ther year 1726 and the rest and residue of all and singular the said goods, chattels and credits which shall be found remaining upon the said administrators account the same being first examined and allowed by the Judge or Judges for the time being of the said Court shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons respectively as the said Judge or Judges by his or their decree sentence pursuant to the true intent and meaning of a late Act of Parliament made in the two and twentieth and three and twentieth yeares of the reigne of our late Sovereigne Ld King Charles the second (intituled An Act for the better settling of Intestates [estates] shall limit and appoint). And if it shall hereafter appear that any last Will and Testament was made by the said deceased and the Executor or Executors therein named do exhibit the same into the said Court making request to have it allowed and approved accordingly, if the said Eliz Stary above bounden being thereunto required doe render and deliver the said L[ette]rs of Ad[ministrati]on (approbation of such testament being first had and made) in the said Court: then the obligation to be void and of none effect or else to stand and remain in full force and vertue.
