WILL OF WALTER STERRY,
GLOUCESTER, 1840
Appeared personally MARY STERRY of the parish of Saint Michael in the City of Gloucester widow and alleged upon oath that WALTER STERRY late of the City og Gloucester aforesaid carpenter deceased died on the tenth day of April 1835 intestate leaving goods chattels and credits wholly within the Diocese of Gloucester and Bristol under the value of eight hundred pounds that she is the widow and lawful relict of the said deceased that she will well and faithfully administer the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased and render an Inventory and account.
Wherefore she payed that letters of Admon of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased might be granted and committed to her upon giving such good and sufficient securitty as in this behalf is required and so forth.
