Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, England

Pictures of the Forest of Dean area taken by Cecily Sterry [now deceased] in October, 1999. The Forest of Dean area is home to both the Longhope and Ruardean branches of the Sterry family but the photos focus on the places particularly associated with the Longhope Sterry line.

In September 2013 David Sterry, a keen STERRY genealogist, also visited the Forest of Dean area and took some excellent photos of churches, gravestones and other places particularly associated with the Longhope and Ruardean Sterry family lines.
